FUN1MILL Trust Center
Refunds and resolutions
A conservative interim policy for cancelled, failed, duplicated, disputed or erroneous transactions.
Refund requests
A refund is a platform- or payment-provider-initiated reversal where permitted. Eligibility, timing, original-payment-method handling and fee treatment depend on the final charge model, applicable law and Stripe approval. FUN1MILL does not promise automatic refunds in every case.
Cancelled campaigns
The proposed policy is to stop new contributions, review uncommitted funds and initiate the appropriate refund or resolution process. Whether funds can be returned after payout or expenditure depends on the final architecture and terms.
Creator non-performance
Failure to complete a challenge triggers review, creator outreach, evidence collection, possible payout hold and a documented resolution. A missed promise does not by itself guarantee recovery after funds have been paid out or spent.
Fraud, duplicate charge or technical error
Reports are investigated using payment and ledger records. Confirmed duplicate or technically erroneous charges should be reversed where possible; suspected fraud is escalated to Stripe and relevant controls.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
A card dispute is handled through the cardholder's issuer and Stripe process. FUN1MILL and the responsible connected account may need to provide evidence, absorb fees or cover negative balances according to the approved liability model.
