Interim platform terms for an entertainment-focused crowdfunding preview.
Platform and eligibility
FUN1MILL is a pre-launch platform for permitted fun, creative and harmless challenges and ideas. Users must be legally able to agree to the final terms. Age and market eligibility rules remain subject to legal review.
Contributions
A contribution is intended to support a stated campaign. It is not an investment, deposit, loan, wager, lottery entry, charitable tax-deductible donation or promise of financial return. Live payment terms are not yet in effect.
Creator responsibilities
Creators must provide accurate information, follow the challenge and prohibited-content rules, secure rights and permissions, use funds for the disclosed purpose, provide updates, submit authentic evidence and cooperate with verification and resolutions.
Platform powers
FUN1MILL may review, reject, pause, remove or investigate content; restrict accounts; hold or delay platform actions where the approved payment flow permits; and respond to safety, legal, fraud or provider requirements.
Payments, fees and payouts
Stripe is the only proposed payment provider. Fees, connected-account structure, payout timing, reserves, refunds, disputes, tax allocation and liability remain subject to Stripe approval and final legal terms.
Intellectual property and content
Creators retain their underlying rights but must grant the permissions necessary to host, review, display and promote submitted campaign and result content. Users must not submit content they lack the right to use.
Disclaimers and liability
Campaigns are created by users and involve execution risk. Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, dispute process, suspension, termination and change notices require jurisdiction-specific legal review.
